Rules and guidelines
   General Rules:

  - Combat Reviving will not be tolerated. You must wait till only one faction is standing or until the site is completely cleared.

  - Looting of dead bodies is not tolerated. Being seen doing so may get you demoted off of the EMS department.

  - You must at all times take note of possible threats and stay safe until those threats have been neutralized or deemed safe.

  - No member of the EMS team may be killed, with that in mind, you still have to value your life as they may shoot you if you fail to comply with their orders (under gunpoint or in danger).
  - The police must at all times be respected and you must at all times stay out of the way of their work.
  - You must at all times be staging when an active shootout or possibly dangerous situation is being conducted.


    Piloting Rules:
  - The clearance to fly is a privilege that can easily be taken away. Fly in a safe and realistic manner. No loops, close-by flying, going under powerlines when not necessary or other dangerous events.
  - Flying in or above towns you must at all times stay above 70 meters unless needing to land and/or take off.
  - You may only fly a helicopter after being cleared to do so by a Medical Trainer or Chief of EMS.

                                                                                                  
   Landing Rules:
  - You may only land on roads for a small amount of time unless the area is blocked off by members of the Altis Police Corpse.
  - Don't land anywhere but helipads unless necessary to pick up/drop off a fellow EMS or perform medical procedures on patients.
  - If your helicopter is broken and you do not have a repair kit either run to go get one or have someone drop one off for you. In a situation that no-one is available and you can not get to a store, you may ask the police for help.

Chain of Command
  - The chain of command must at ALL times be followed. If a failure to do so is happening you may contact the Chief of EMS or a higher-ranked medical employee.

The chain of command is as follows:

  - Chief of EMS (COE)
  - Assistant Chief of EMS (ACOE)
  - Medical Corporal (MCO)
  - Medic corpsman 1st class
  - Medic corpsman 2nd class
  - Medic corpsman 3rd class
  - Medic Private (MPR)
  - Medic Apprentice (MEA)
  - Medic Recruit (MER)

Responding Codes and procedure
Code 1: No lights or sirens, speed limits must be followed
Code 2: Lights, no sirens, speed limits may be exceeded with caution
Code 3: Light and sirens, speed limits may be exceeded with caution
Code 4: No further assistance needed
Code 5: Scene clear, all units have left the area 

  1: When a callout is received check where on the map it is and check if someone is closer than you and coordinate with them to as who responds to that call.
  2: Go code 3 and respond to the scene while looking out for possible dangerous zones
  3: Find all wounded people and start reviving them. Cops are prioritized when there's no winning/police have won. If rebels have won and they threaten you to revive civilians/rebels first do so. Also, keep in mind that they may make you not revive cops.
  4: Leave the scene and bring any casualties who need further medical procedures with you to the hospital. (You may say a guy must go since he has been shot in the head and he must go in for surgery            etc.)

Staging definition
The definition of staging is to wait for a possibly dangerous situation to be over. This may be conducted at least 30 meters away from the scene and in a protective cover. Wait for Altis Police Corpse to clear the scene.

Well since my small time on the sever i thought of a couple of idea that could be touched up on:


I was driving my car and then i crashed in the middle of no where i thought that you could just get a repair kit out of your car but you couldn't so(Spawn Repair kit in car)  i logged out to spawn closer to a a city to get a car it just put me back to the where i logged out. I know this stops people from soft logging but it can be a pain.


When you are at rebel you can only buy so many attachments would be go to see more RCO type scopes and maybe a couple of high power scopes as well like AMS, Kahlifa and MOS.

You can not buy medic kits at rebel outpost and you need to risk with a illegally gun and getting caught by police.

You could add more skins for vehicle.

When you get teased you break your leg don't understand why.  

Am pretty confident when you die you don't lose your warrent (Bad spelling) 

When you buy rebel licences you can not spawn in kavala.

Police be more lenient on people who are going to show good roleplay.

These are just some small idea i have for rebel i couldn't give any for police since am not in it.

Altis Police Department



Rank Structure

Chief of Police
The Chief of Police is the senior commanding officer of the Altis Police Department. Along with supervising the command staff of the APD, the Chief serves as a liaison between the APD and the Electro-Inf Administration Team.

Superintendent - SUPT
Superintendent is a rank reserved in the Altis Police Department for those with the capacity to lead. As with other ranks of its calibre, SUPTs must demonstrate leadership abilities and have proven that their knowledge of the law is unmatched.

Inspector - INSP
Inspector is a rank in the Altis Police Department which signifies a noticeable dedication to the cause of law enforcement. Inspectors are granted access to a growing arsenal of tools and freedom, ultimately meant for use in peacekeeping and safe policing practices.

Sergeant - SGT
Sergeant is the first rank in the Altis Police Department that makes the command of day-to-day incidents commonplace. Sergeants will find that they are senior to a growing pool of colleagues in patrol operations, and as such, must be able to make quick decisions that lead to peaceful resolutions

Senior Police Constable - SPC
Senior Police Constable is the first rank in which officers are given a directive to 
re is a large emphasis placed on training and transitioning from civilian life to the life of a police officer.

Police Constable - PC

Police Constable is the second rank of the Altis Police Department and is achieved after a probationary period at the rank of PCSO. Despite increased powers and responsibilities, PCs are still under somewhat regular scrutiny, as they are being molded into functional police officers with the capacity to lead.



Community Support Officer - PCSO

Police community support Officer is the basic enlistment rank of the Altis Police Department. As a PCSO, there is a large emphasis placed on training and transitioning from civilian life to the life of a police officer.




Rules and Regulations
General Rules
1.1
Server rules take precedence over Altis Police Department rules and regulations; any contrasting information should be immediately reported to staff.
1.2
Members of the Altis Police Department are law-abiding citizens, and should show respect for the law. Wearing a badge does not make you exempt from obeying the laws that you enforce, and anyone shown to be contradicting this will be punished accordingly.
1.3
Officers are permitted to play as civilians when they feel it is necessary.
1.4
Due to the nature of our work, members of the Altis Police Department are expected to respect and follow the Chain of Command. With that being said, we urge all Electro-Inf Community members to report instances where officers are abusing their rank/power or not showing the same respect that they expect.
1.5
Members of the Altis Police Department are expected to play on the server for a reasonable amount of time each week. We realize that real life is more important than Altis Life, but we ask that you inform your direct commanding officer of any instances in which you may be away for an extended period of time.



1.6
Trolling of any kind will not be accepted from members of the Altis Police Department. There is a fine line between having fun and disrupting players on the server, and it is expected that each officer clearly understands that difference.
1.7
Above all else, realize that Altis Life is a game intended for the enjoyment of everyone involved. The Altis Police Department plays an integral role in maintaining the popularity and health of the server by promoting a fun, roleplay-driven environment to take part in.
Recruitment Rules
2.1
All prospective applicants to the Altis Police Department must undergo the extensive application process laid forward herein and on the forums.
2.2
Applicants to the Altis Police Department must have been active members of the Electro-inf Altis Life Server for at least two weeks prior to applying.
2.3
Applicants to the Altis Police Department must wait one week following their dismissal or resignation from a registered faction before applying. E.g. Medic
2.4
Applicants to the Altis Police Department must have had two ride along with SPC or above before applying, each 30 minutes plus. Must be with separate SPC
2.5
The following process shall be considered the norm for applications to the Altis Police Department:

  • Interested party submits an application on the forums
  • Recruiter reviews the application and decides to deny it or accept it
  • Recruiter interviews the applicant
  • Applicant if accepted then inserted as a PCSO
Chain of Command
3.1
Due to the nature of police work, we must be diligent in enforcing a reasonable chain of command structure. As such, the general rule is that the highest rank online or in the situation calls the shots.


3.2
The ranking officer in any given situation can designate someone else as the officer-in-charge for the event or scenario. From that point forward, the designated person is in control of the situation unless their command is revoked by the ranking officer. This capability will be used to give low to mid rank officers the opportunity to lead in both roleplay and combat.
3.3
If the situation arises where a lower ranking officer disobeys you in an event or scenario, try to resolve it and continue playing in game. After the situation is over, contact command. Just as well, if a ranking officer or officer-in-charge is being disrespectful or impractical with their orders, please report their actions to command.
Rules of Engagement
4.1
The Altis Police Department is a peacekeeping force, and as such, officers should do everything in their power to bring about peaceful resolutions in every situation. Since this is not always practical, the following rules of engagement apply:
  • An officer may lethally engage a target when:
    • Roleplay has been exhausted to the point where no peaceful resolution is possible.
    • The offender has fired upon a member of any law enforcement.
    • The offender is immediately endangering a life, and the police have already attempted peaceful resolution.
    • The offender is taking part in a combat event such as the Federal Reserve, base raids, territory captures, etc.
    • The offender is associated with a group that is already engaged with the police.
  • An officer may not lethally engage a target when:
    • The offender or their group disable the officer’s vehicle.
    • The offender or their group restrain a police officer.
4.2
In each and every situation, officers should be evaluating the appropriate use of force for the scenario at hand. The following are the different degrees of force that an officer may choose to employ:


  • No Force or Disengagement
    • At certain times the risks of engaging a criminal are too high to justify intervention. Because of this, officers may choose to disengage from situations at their own discretion for safety reasons. Once disengaged, officers should attempt to observe and report any changes in order to eventually intervene and uphold the law.
  • Non-Lethal Force or Taser
    • Tasers are an extreme asset to the Altis Police Department, as they allow for the resolution of situations without further damages to anyone involved. In situations where the scenario is purely roleplay-oriented and no combat has emerged, officers are encouraged to use tasers (though sparingly and with common sense) as a means of conflict resolution. Tasers are not to be used any time the situation has become combat-oriented and lethal weapons are in play; officers without the capability to carry lethal weapons should disengage and seek further orders in this case.
  • Lethal Force
    • Lethal force is an absolute last resort for members of the Altis Police Department, and should only be used when all other means have been exhausted. If lethal force is required for any situation, the officer involved should immediately be requesting backup.
Traffic Stop Procedures
5.1
It is extremely important to note that there is no such thing as a “routine” traffic stop; all stops must have a purpose, and the individual being pulled over has the right know that purpose.
5.2
Circumstances that are considered reasonable grounds for a traffic stop include, but are not limited to:
  • Breaking traffic laws
  • Parking violations
  • Suspicious activity
  • Reasonable suspicion of drug or weapons activity
  • Violation of other laws enforced by the Altis Police Department
5.3
After pulling someone over, there are several critical steps that an officer should take in order to ensure their own safety. Typically, those steps are:
  • If you are alone on your patrol, call for a routine backup car prior to exiting your vehicle. Include all pertinent information in your backup request (location, car description, number of occupants, etc.).
  • As you approach the vehicle, keep your weapon in a lowered state and ask for the offender to exit their vehicle.
  • When the offender has exited the vehicle, ask them to step off to the side of the road with you for safety reasons.
  • Introduce yourself with your name and rank, and prompt them to give their name as well.
  • Explain to the offender why they are being pulled over and offer them the opportunity to justify their actions.
  • Decide, based on the severity of the violations and the behaviour of the offender, what course of action is best for the situation (verbal warning, ticket, arrest, etc.) and carry out your decision.
  • If your decision allows for the offender to leave on their own accord, tell them that they may do so politely.
  • Note: It is not necessary to check licenses, vehicle registration, or search the vehicle on every traffic stop. These actions should be reserved for traffic stops where the information you are seeking is related to the grounds for the stop itself.
5.4
In the event that an offender does not pull over after you activate your lights and sirens, you may enter into a police chase. At this time, you must immediately request backup and relay all pertinent information (location, direction, vehicle description, number of occupants, etc.) to the other officers available. While it is permissible for police vehicle to brake check or soft ram a fleeing offender, this action is best left for when two police vehicles or more are in pursuit; your direct commanding officer will probably not be thrilled if an offender gets away because of poor choices that lead to your vehicle being disabled.
Jurisdiction
6.1
The Altis Police Department has full, uninterrupted jurisdiction over the mainland of Altis. This jurisdiction includes, but is not limited to:
  • All cities, towns, and buildings
  • All highways, roads, and paths
  • The air and water surrounding the mainland of Altis
  • The Federal Reserve
  • The Bank Of Altis
6.2
The Altis SWAT has full, uninterrupted jurisdiction over the rebel peninsula located to the south of the mainland of Altis. Members of the Altis Police Department are not permitted to enter the rebel peninsula unless actively chasing offenders or if sanctioned by the rank of Sergeant or higher. If at any time an officer of the Altis Police Department has entered the rebel peninsula, they are to immediately notify the highest ranking Altis SWAT member available and provide a sitrep.
6.3
In the event that a situation is increasingly dangerous or significant, the Altis Police Department reserves the right to request “mutual aid” from the Altis SWAT on the mainland of Altis. In such instances, the Altis Police Department and Altis SWAT will participate in joint operations and act as one law enforcement group.
Events & Special Duties
Federal Reserve and Bank Of Altis
7.1
The Federal Reserve and bank falls within the jurisdiction of the Altis Police Department, and will be coordinated under the command of the APD when possible. In all instances where a SPC or higher rank is able to assume command of the incident, the Federal Reserve and Bank will be led by the Altis Police Department. If those conditions are not met, however, the Altis Police Department will turn over command to the Altis SWAT and work under them in the operation.
7.2
In the event of a Federal Reserve robbery, all officers are expected to tie up situations that they are involved in and seek orders from the ranking officer. When all available officers have established unified communication, an incident commander will be set and an operational plan will begin to take place; officers are not permitted to act as a lone wolves for Federal Reserve and Bank robberies.
7.3
Because of the severe impact should the Federal Reserve and Bank be successfully robbed, officers are expected to put forth their best efforts in a coordinated counterattack on the Federal Reserve and or Bank compound. Just as well, officers are immediately engaged with armed subjects within firing distance of the Federal Reserve and or bank have the right to detain unarmed subjects who are thought to be involved.
7.4
Police Community Support Officers are permitted to participate in the Federal Reserve and or Bank robbery event using the lethal PDW2000 9mm. This weapon is purposefully not included in the PCSO loadout, so other officers will have to distribute the weapons prior to setting off for the Federal Reserve and or Bank.
7.5
Because the Altis Police Department intends to minimize damages and losses to the people of Altis, it will not be permitted to merely “wait out” at the gold traders rather than confront the offenders at the Federal Reserve and or Bank compound. However, at the discretion of the incident commander, a two-pronged attack may be coordinated where backup units are in place at either or both gold traders.
Gas Station Robberies
7.6
When an officer is alerted to a gas station robbery, it is absolutely imperative that they arrive in unison with another unit or have backup on the ground. No officer should ever attempt to handle a gas station robbery solo or endanger their life or that of the station clerk by acting recklessly.
7.7
Since it can be assumed that all gas station robberies include a firearm, officer are to respond with lethal weapons out and at the ready. This does not mean that combat is the first option, as officers absolutely must attempt to peacefully resolve the situation.
7.8
If the amount of available police officers allows for it, there should be a perimeter set up as soon as possible around the gas station. In situations where it is deemed appropriate, negotiators may be called in to talk down the offender(s).
Checkpoints
7.9
The Altis Police Department reserves the right to man any and all checkpoints on the mainland of Altis, as well as construct their own impromptu checkpoints. There, officers are expected to ensure the wellbeing of all motorists and maintain that laws are being obeyed.
7.10
When a motorist intentionally circumvents a checkpoint, it does not give the Altis Police Department the right to engage. However, officers may attempt to pursue any motorists who partake in such activities and fine them.

Special Divisions
Negotiation Division
Purpose
The purpose of the Negotiation Division is the peaceful resolution of situations that might otherwise end in injury or death. By training and assembling a team of expert negotiators, the Negotiation Division hopes to be an asset to the general populace of Altis in their most desperate times. Whether it involves negotiating ransom in hostage situations or talking down an unruly, dangerous subject in the streets of Kavala, the Negotiation Division prides itself in its excellent work to keep the people of Altis safe.
Negotiator
Negotiators are the frontline force for communicating with criminals or rebels who have hostages or any other asset that is valuable to the Altis government. When possible Negotiators are to work under the direction of a Senior Altis Police Department; they should, however, have sufficient training to work independently and efficiently in each scenario.









Promotions
At this current state only Superintendent, Inspector & Police Captain can promote.
Superintendent can promote up to Inspector.
Inspector can promote up to Sergeant.
Police Captain can promote up to Superintendent.
All promotions must be logged on the Roster.

Ban time in relation to the misbehaviour
Ban time entirely depends on the severity of the individual's behaviour.
If you believe you have been wrongly accused of something or believe that the punishment you have been given was unjust, you may get in contact with a member of staff who will then organise a meeting with the Owner or Head Admin. The Owner or Head Admin will then decide if it is acceptable to unban and allow the individual back into the community.
Anyone who is found to be abusing glitches or hacking will be permanently removed from the game and community with no chance for an appeal to come back.
If a glitch is found in the game please report it to a member of staff immediately.



Any threat to someone or the community outside of the game will not be tolerated and depending on the context of the threat the Police will be informed.







What is RP?
RP is the abbreviation of Role Play. Role playing refers to the changing of one's behaviour to assume a role, either unconsciously to fill a social role, or consciously to act out an adopted role. when roleplaying you must always make the best effort to making sure you do not RDM, VDM or break Role Play. This can lead to permanent or temporary bans.



What is RDM?
RDM is the abbreviation of Random Deathmatch and this is when someone decides to shoot someone whether it's a friend or not without any initiation. This can lead to permanent or temporary bans.



What is VDM?
VDM is the abbreviation of Vehicle DeathMatch this is the same for RDM apart from it is with vehicles, this means exploding a friends or someone's vehicle without permission or initiation it is not allowed.
This can lead to permanent or temporary bans.



What is Initiation?
Initiation is the act of starting something : the beginning of something. So by this it means the start of a new role play.



What is Meta Gaming?
metagaming is an "out of character" action where a player's character makes use of knowledge that the player is aware of but that the character is not meant to be aware of. Metagaming while taking part in relatively competitive games, or those with a more serious tone, is typically not well received, because a character played by a metagamer does not act in a way that reflects the character's in-game experiences and backstory. This can lead to permanent or temporary bans.



Example: Bob is on ts3 as well as John. Bob is a rebel, John is a Cop, Bob tells John I am gonna rob the fed, But John can’t notify the police or else that will be metagaming.



Cop Baiting
Cop baiting is completely outright wrong and can lead to a ban.



How to initiate and how to tell if initiation has begun?
  • Tell someone to put their hands up ( give them 5 secs)
  • Tell someone to get on the ground (give them 5 secs)
  • Threaten someone with a death threat ( only a death threat counts as initiation no other threat do)
  • Steal a car
  • Knock someone out
  • Break into a house


(Please ensure that you are within hearing distance when initiating.)

Random Death-match (RDM) is defined as:
  • Killing anyone in a safe zone
  • Killing anyone without a role-play cause or initiation
  • Bare minimum RP.
  • Cops / Civilians and Rebels can only engage in a shoot-out if there are reasons relating to a Role-play situation.
  • Shooting a player without giving reasonable time to follow demands is considered RDM.

  • Vehicle Death-match (VDM) is defined as:
  • Destroying your vehicle or anyone else's intentionally.
  • Crashing into another vehicle.
  • Running over people.







Basic Server Rules



  1. ALL SERVER RULES ARE SET IN PLACE TO BE FOLLOWED AND TO MAKE YOUR GAMING EXPERIENCE FUN & FAIR. IF THE RULES ARE BROKEN, DISCIPLINARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
  2. Do not try to push or go over the boundary of the rules.
  3. Make sure your in game name is not disrespectful
  4. All, Admin and Owner decisions are final if you have problem please talk to another Admin.
  5. Combat Logging can result in a Ban if you internet disconnects or goes down please tell someone (admin) as soon as possible.
  6. Killing any type of negotiator or taking them  hostage counts as RDM.
  7. Killing in a safe zone is not allowed: Rebel Outpost, police HQ’s and any where marked on the map in green. These are all safe zones. Killing in a safe zone can lead to permanent or temporary bans.
  8. If you are found abusing glitches or duplicating items you will be permanently banned. If you find a glitch please inform an admin or moderator and they will fix it. Abusing glitches and duplicating can lead to permanent or temporary bans..
  9. . Stealing Vehicle in safe zones is not allowed. If you are found doing so then this can lead to permanent or temporary bans.
  10. This is a role-play server. You must role-play. Failing to do so is a serious offence and will most likely result in your removal from server. Using bare minimal RP to justify anything is not allowed. This includes the classic 2 seconds to put hands on head or die - This may lead to removal from server depending on administrative judgement.
  11. Medics can not be killed or taken hostage the only thing you are able to do is steal their vehicle only if they are not in an RP.
  12. Killing a medic and taking his or her clothing is not allowed. ( you can only kill a medic if he or she is reviving anyone in a RP situation that you are in, how ever you may still not take his or her clothes.) You may only steal their vehicles outside a safe zone. Killing a medic without out a reason is a bannable offense.
  13. If someone is in a roleplay and they run into a safe zone to seeks safety then they can be shot as they are still in RP
  14. You are not allowed to hide in any clothing shop during an RP ( this will lead to a ban)
  15. If you are armed and in a firefight zone and are not involved, if you are then shot it is your own fault for being in that area. (Try to get out of the area as fast as possible.)
  16. If you place spikes strips make sure you pack them back up.

Road Laws, Aviation Laws and Rules



  1. Drive on the right hand side of the road.
  2. You can be pulled over by the police for speeding and driving on the wrong side of the road. ( It does not matter what the situation is you must always stick to the speed limit.)
  3. The police can speed as long as there is a valid reason such as a robbery, murder, prison escape, hostage situation or escorts.
  4. Ensure you have a license and a road legal car, if you do not you can be arrested even in a safe zone.
  5. Car’s can be impounded by the police in and out of safe zones. ( they can impound them for either  blocking a road, parked illegally, illegal vehicle or a broken vehicle.)
  6. People trolling walking in front of cars, before driving on beep twice and if they don’t move you have the right to run them over.
  7. If a cops turns their sirens on stop the vehicle or if there is a cop in front of the vehicle stop get out or do as he/she says.
  8. When flying above a major city you must be flying at least a minimum of 150 metres or you may be shot at by police in accordance to having been sent a message to move on.
  9. If you need to land for whatever reason you must ask a police officer and wait for his or her response.

New Life Rule (NLR)


A new life starts, when:
Your character has been killed by a cop
Your character has died in a RP situation.
Your character has been involved in an accident


You are not allowed to seek revenge when you die!


IF YOU DIE FROM RDM OR VDM THE NEW LIFE RULE DOES NOT APPLY




Civilian/Rebel New life Rule



  1. If you are killed you must wait 15 minutes before returning to the scene of your death.
  2. If you die during role-play you can not go back there until that role-play has ended regardless of the 15 minutes being over.
  3. If you die during Role-play your crimes are forgotten, but you also cannot seek revenge (think of it as a new life and you don’t remember it cause it was in a past life that you don’t know about.)
  4. If you get RDM’d it is not a new life and you can seek revenge and the NLR isn’t to be abided by
  5. If you get VDM’d it is not a new life and you can seek revenge and the NLR isn’t to be abided by.
  6. If you manually respawn through the pause menu that is not a new life and the NLR isn’t to be abided by.
  7. If you die within a main city in a role-play situation then you may not respawn within a 1km radius of that city until the NLR is over.
  8. If you die through a glitch that is not a new life and the NLR isn’t to be abided by.




War, Hostage, Federal Reserve and Territory Rules



Declaring War: To declare war you must have to have it somewhere suitable such as the town or city with a HQ, anywhere else is not allowed. You must also have a valid reason to declare war (Police Brutality, being wrongly accused or the police are found to not be doing a good job.) Any gang thinking about starting a war must tell an admin and let the highest ranking officer know why they are declaring war and what their intentions are e.g. ( I am the Leader of ********* and I am giving the police force a 5 minute warning that we will be declaring war on ******* due to multiple gang members being exploited to police brutality. Do you allow this motion to proceed.) You must have 5 Gang members on and 6 Police officers online to declare war.
ps declaring war is meant for police and  one gang only. Admins will let all player know to not intervene with a war. Any other players not in the gang at war who gets involved by shooting someone or robbing a shop, gas station etc. will be spoken to about breaking rules. Intervention is not allowed.
Gang Wars: Gang wars can be declared between two gang and Admins and the police force must be notified. There is no need to have intentions to declare war on another gang, but you must state it and give them 5 minute notice or it counts and RDM or VDM. Gang wars can be fought anywhere however if it is near a town or city with a HQ then the police can get involved. If it is not in any of the major cities then the police can not intervene.  Gangs can also declare war at each other's territory.
ps declaring war is meant for two gangs only. Admins will let all players know to not intervene with such  war. Any other players not in the gang at war who gets involved by shooting someone or robbing a shop, gas station ect will be spoken to about breaking rules. Intervention is not allowed. Robbing is allowed in the case where no police are involved in the gang war. You must have 5 gang members on each team minimum to be able to declare war.


Hostage situations Rules


  1. Do not kill the negotiator.
  2. Do not take the negotiator hostage as the following is declining RDM
  3. Only kill the hostage if he doesn't follow orders or the police open fire upon the hostage takers.

Communication Rules
  1. No spamming ( can lead to ban)
  2. Don’t be disrespectful out of role-play and even in role-play don’t be sexist or racist. ( can lead to ban)
  3. DO NOT PLAY MUSIC THROUGH ANY IN GAME CHAT CHANNEL (WILL LEAD TO BAN)
  4. Do not meta game can lead to ban

Teamspeak Rules
  1. Cops & Medics must be in their designated force channel they can both go into the same one but that will also be designated.
  2. No spamming (can lead to ban)
  3. No spamming links (can lead to ban)
  4. No linking porn, offensive or virus containing material ( Will lead to ban)
  5. Everyone must stick to their own channel, (cops in cops channel gangs in gangs, civs in civs and medics in medics.)

Medic Rules
  1. You can revive anyone who requests it or anyone who you have witnessed die in a crash or die from a glitch.
  2. You must only wear and use what you can buy from the medic store this include vehicles
  3. Cops must always be revived before rebels or civs.
  4. You must never give any ones position away to someone else or you may be banned. In other words Metagaming.
  5. You may only revive each person once in the same RP ( cops can be revived as many time as needed as long as there are less than 3 cops online.)
  6. You are allowed to be shot if you are seen reviving a cop by rebel. Please tell the medic to stop before you shoot.

Rebel Rules
  1. You may not Rob the Bank if their are less than 5 cops on.
  2. If there's any type of training you are not allowed to break into a house or take someone hostage.
  3. If you are found to be wearing rebel clothing by a police officer he does not have the right to search you unless you have a weapon visible.
  4. Rebel territory belongs to the rebels.  Police are allowed to enter and all rules/laws still apply. However police will be and can be shot on sight if they enter the gang territory boundaries.
  5. Killing on sight unless it is in a gang territory is completely out of order and can lead to a ban. Role- play must always be attempted. Sending a player a message asking them to stop or get out the car does not counts as initiation and can lead to a ban.
  6. Despite being a rebel you must always abide by the server rules.
  7. A police officer must have a suitable reason to restrain you e.g for his safety, or you have a weapon
